I teach multiple classes a week in a variety of styles here.

Xcel Fitness

I teach Mobility and Restore at 5:30pm and 6:45pm Tu/Th. Xcel is heated yoga.

EōS Fitness

I teach at EōS Orem every Sunday at 10am.
